By accessing or using BOSControl (the "Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Application on behalf of an Organization (the "Client"), you represent that you have the authority to bind that Organization to these terms.
BOSControl provides a Building Operating System (BOS) platform including, but not limited to, spatial auditing, desk and room reservations, and Microsoft Outlook integration. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."
Authentication: Access is managed via Microsoft Azure AD (SSO). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your corporate credentials.
Unauthorized Use: You must immediately notify BOSControl of any unauthorized use of your account.
Ownership: All software, code (including the 650KB core logic), designs, watercolor floor plans, and branding are the exclusive property of BOSControl and its licensors.
License: We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Application for your internal business purposes.
Restrictions: You shall not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application.
No Warranty: BOSControl does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Data Accuracy: While we strive for real-time accuracy, we are not liable for scheduling conflicts, incorrect desk availability, or Outlook synchronization delays caused by third-party APIs (Microsoft Graph).
Maximum Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, BOSControl’s total liability for any claim arising out of the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the service during the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service with or without notice for maintenance or updates. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
